What We Cover

  • Mechanical Malfunctions
    Any mechanical issue that is not caused by damage is covered!
  • Accidental Damage
    Cracked screen, broken digitizer, broken LCD, broken camera, broken buttons.
  • Theft & Non-Repairable Damaget
    We will replace your device with a NEW one if your device is stolen or damaged beyond repair.
  • Water or Liquid Damage
    We will either repair or replace your device should it be subjected to liquid.

Deductibles Per Claim

  • Coverage Limit
    You are covered up to the retail purchase price of your device.
  • Device Malfunction
    $25 deductible with no limit on incidents.
  • Accidental Damage
    $129 with 2 claims allowed per policy year.
  • Theft or Non-Repairable Damage
     $299 with 1 claim allowed per policy year.
  • Repairable Water Damage
    $69 with 2 claims allowed per policy year.

    Not only is it a great value service, but I also received great customer service as well. I had trouble purchasing my policy while in Puerto Rico and the team at eSURRANTY worked quickly to resolve it, going as far as to calling me directly just a few minutes later to assist me in the process. That says a lot about a company!!

    The registration was easy and painless, with a good premium to boot!
