What We Cover

  • Mechanical Malfunctions
    Any mechanical issue that is not caused by damage is covered!
  • Accidental Damage
    Cracked screen, broken digitizer, broken LCD, broken camera, broken buttons.
  • Theft & Non-Repairable Damage
    We will replace your device with a NEW one if your device is stolen or damaged beyond repair.
  • Water or Liquid Damage
    Even though the iPhone X is water resistant, it is not water proof! Should your device be subjected to liquid and is not working properly, we will repair or replace it with a new one.

Deductibles Per Claim

  • Coverage Limit
    You are covered up to the retail purchase price of your device.
  • Device Malfunction
    $25 deductible with no limit on incidents.
  • Accidental Damage
    Starts at $99 per incident depending on your model of device. 3 claims allowed per policy year. (Apple Store's charge $279-549 to fix the screen)
  • Theft or Non-Repairable Damage
      Theft/Loss: Starts at $199 depending on your model and is never more than $399.00 for the most expensive model. Non-Repairable Damage: $299.00. (Apple charges $589 to replace your device if you break the back glass!) All replacements are New devices. Never Refurbished!
  • Repairable Water Damage
    $69 per incident with 2 claims allowed per policy year.
Monthly payment plans are a contract for a minimum of 12 consecutive monthly payments. Coverage for mechanical malfunction, accidental damage and liquid damage starts 30 calendar days after your plan purchase. Loss, Theft and non-repairable damage starts after 45 days. All devices must be active on a cellular carrier for a claim to be accepted. Customers will receive a monthly payment agreement after their purchase at the email address listed on your account with us.

    Esurranty has been there for me over the last 4 years and 3 phones. Every claim was handled fast and the last phone was replaced with a new one.
