Coverage Overview

What we cover:   

  • Mechanical Malfunctions: Any mechanical issue that is not caused by damage such as, wifi connection, speakers, home button, power button, battery, chargeport, volume button.
  • Accidental Damage: Cracked screen, broken digitizer, broken LCD, broken camera, broken buttons.
  • Theft & Non-Repairable Damage: We will replace your device with a NEW one if your device is stolen or damaged beyond repair. 
  • Water or Liquid Damage: Even though the iPhone 7 Plus is water resistant, It's not water proof! Should you have any incident where your device is submerged and not working properly, we will either repair or replace your device. (Always turn off your device and do not use it should it be subjected to any liquid no matter how brief)

Deductibles Per Claim

  • Coverage Limit
    You are covered up to $849.00 per claim.
  • Device Malfunction
    $25 deductible with no limit on incidents.
  • Accidental Damage
    $139 per incident 4 claims allowed per policy year.
  • Theft or Non-Repairable Damage
     $199 with 1 claim per policy year allowed.

    Enrollment was easy. Your service appears to be a great value. At this time that is all I can say. I hope I never need to submit a claim but if I do, that will be the litmus test of your offering. If a claim becomes necessary I hope it goes as smoothly as enrollment.

    I've been an eSURRANTY customer for 4 years. I recommend them to friends and always point out that the insurance they pay their carrier is so expensive and offers such a small amount of coverage. I take care of my devices so my biggest worries are generally out of warranty issues with my devices. For the price I feel like I am not shelling out so much but am protected if the need arises.
