esurranty™ opened in 1997 selling computer parts, peripherals and extended service plans for computers online during the dawn of the internet boom. In 2010 we focused only on the extended warranty side of our business, closed our parts distribution department and started offering our services exclusively to schools, colleges and corporate clients. In 2012, we decided to offer our coverage to consumers online and esurranty.com was born. Over the last 25 years, the owners of esurranty we have upheld a reputation of providing quality service to our customers at a fair price. We are proud to say that over the last 9 years we have retained over 85% of our consumer customers and over 80% of our corporate clients. The majority of our customers will not only refer us to their friends, but have all of their mobile devices, tablets and computers covered with us. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and our motto is "We hope to EARN your business!"

esurranty™ is not an insurance company and does not sell insurance. The word insurance is used for search engine listing purposes only and is in no way a suggestion that we sell insurance products. We sell service plans that are administered through 3rd party companies that are licensed to sell these services. These Service Plans are not contracts of insurance or warranty and are only contracts for discounted repair or replacement unless otherwise noted on your declaration of coverage. We do not offer services in all states and some states may not be listed on our site. Should you purchase coverage and reside in a state that we do not offer service, we will promptly refund your payment and send you notification of refund and cancellation.
*Yearly prepaid policies for new devices that are less than 30 days old start the day after you purchase your service plan from us. Theft coverage starts 45 calendar days after Service Plan purchase.
** Same day repair or Apple Store Repair is offered to all customers 30 days after policy creation. Loaner phones may not be available to all customers or locations. Claims submitted within the first 30 calendar days for any new device must be completed by our contracted repair facility. Certain restrictions apply. Service Plans are administered by 3rd party companies. Please review your policy terms and conditions for deposit and deductible options.
